The 10 boat spent its last days at the historic Norfolk Navy Base in Virginia. At the end of April 2008 it was towed to the yards to remove the reactor core. |

On February 7, 2008 the de-activation ceremony was held for "the 10 boat" at the Shepherd of the Sea Chapel at SUBASE NLON. About 100 guests were in attendance. |
