Reunion Form
Please fill out this form to let us know if you are planning to attend or if you are planning to not attend this years USS Augusta Alumni Association Reunion. Submitting this form will let us know how many people will be with us for the Friday Night Meet and Greet, and the Saturday Night Main Event. The form will also serve as a security (pre-requisite) Access List for getting onto lower base for the tours of "the 10 boat" on Saturday October 6th. Please don't forget your picture ID. As of September 10th we have over 100 people who signed up for the main banquet event but we expect (and we are hoping for) many more from the current crew and their families and possibly some of our friends from Augusta Maine too.
